Documents required

• Valid driving license acquired at least two years prior
• personal ID (passport for foreign persons)
• Driver must be at least 21 years of age

Only the preliminarily approved and authorized in the contract drivers have the right to drive the rented car. Any additional driver must be declared upon renting the car.

Rent prices

• All prices are in EURO and include:
• Unlimited mileage
• Free delivery and collecting of the car on the territory of the city of Sofia
• Daily rent is for 24 hours
• Substitution of the car in case of mechanical damage
• All car seats insurance
• Third party liability
• Prepaid road tax (vignette)
• Vehicle theft waiver
• Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.), covers renter's responsibility for damages of the rented vehicle with the exception of:
  1. There are damages on the car tires, which have not been caused by fire or road accident
  2. Driving under influence of alcohol or drugs
  3. Written statement by police is not presented in case of accident or damage

The price does not include the cost of the fuel filled in the vehicle at the time of leasing. (The vehicle is leased to and returned by the customer with a full tank. If the tank is not full the costs for the missing quantity of fuel is deducted from the deposit sum).
The weekend tariff is valid from Friday 4:00 P.M. up to Monday 10:00 A.M.

The cars may be rented with drivers, the cost of this service being 15 EUR for one business day.

If a driver is required for a trip outside of Sofia for more than 1 business day, the driver’s expenses are covered by the customer.

Payment

Payment of the rental price is made at the time of renting on the basis of the rates detailed in the price list. The payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer or credit cards, approved by the company.

Deposit

• At the time of renting a deposit detailed in the price list for each car accordingly is made.
• When paying by credit card which has been approved by the company, the deposit is blocked in the credit card account.  The deposit amount is required against any damages, accidents or missing parts caused through customer’s carelessness, or when a police protocol for such has not been presented.
• The deposit is returned to the customer after the customer returns the car and it is inspected by a company expert.

Car equipment

• All cars are equipped with a lifting jack, a wrench, a spare tire, a medicine kit, a portable fire-extinguisher, and a triangle.
• Upon customer request the company can provide free of charge the following additional equipment:  tire chains for snowy weather, kid’s chair, and ski-boot.
